I General professional activities
Coaching:
Career Coaching, Systemic Coaching and Business Consulting for academics, advanced students, Phd students, PostDocs, especially in MINT.
Even though I work a lot with and for women, I am very happy to work with everyone alike in science, engineering, and in all other areas.
In my coaching, I give support in all aspects of the academic career, including career orientation, encouragement, motivation, potential development, leadership issues, project management, communication and surfing crises.
As coach, I work both for individuals and in coaching pools of universities and graduate schools (long term coachings). An overview of my coaching relevant training and my style is available in german.

All workshops are specifically designed and adjusted to the needs of the participants. They are engaging, practical, in small groups more likely a group coaching.
